We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use the information we collect from you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.
1 Personal information collected
If you are a user or an artist, we will collect the following personal information from you:
- name, a user name and password;
- email address, postal address, telephone number;
- credit card number and expiry date;
- bank account details

We will use this information in order to:
- administer your accounts with us;
- process eCard orders or applications submitted by you;
- send you information about our products and services;
- verify your identity;
- carry out marketing analysis and make general improvements to our Site;
- to obtain your views or comments on the services we provide;
- contact the winners of our competitions and to help us plan other promotional activity.

We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring donations to different charitable causes and commissions payments to artists. This information may be displayed in parts of the site or in hard copy marketing material to encourage potential donors to use our site and new charities and artists to register with us. We may also provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include personal contact details or banking information.
From time to time we may provide contact information to our customer service agencies for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the services we provide. We or our agents and sub-contractors may contact you by post, email or telephone to ask you for your feedback and comments on our services.

By submitting information to us, you confirm that you, or if you represent a Charitable Cause, that its trustees have consented to, the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the site, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. We will also email you should we make any changes so that you (or the Charitable Cause that you represent) may consent to our use of its information in that way. Continued registration with us will signify consent to any such changes.
Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding such information and its use as set out in this policy. However, we have taken the steps outlined above to try to improve the security of the information that you have provided. By submitting information you consent to these transfers.
